SC sets terror law oral arguments on Jan. 19
The Supreme Court on Friday finally set the oral arguments on the 37 separate petitions contesting the constitutionality of the antiterrorism law.
Edgar Aricheta, the high tribunal’s clerk of court, said the magistrates limited the discussions to provisions raised in the petitions filed by several groups.
The arguments were set at 2 p.m. of Jan. 19 next year. —MARLON RAMOS
