Nueva Vizcaya logs 2 new COVID-19 fatalities

BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya — Two coronavirus-infected patients have died over the weekend, raising to 14 the province’s total number of fatalities related to COVID-19.

Dr. Edwin Galapon, provincial health officer, said the fatalities that were recorded on Saturday and Sunday were from the towns of Bambang and Solano.

Thirty-eight new COVID-19 cases were also registered in the province on Sunday.

Among the new cases were a 2-month-old baby in Bambang and a 2-year-old girl in Solano town.
