SAN ANTONIO, Zambales –– The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in Zambales has urged the public to avoid patronizing individuals or groups organizing illegal Bingo games and other gambling activities online.

Enrique Tacbad, chief of the consumers’ protection division of DTI-Zambales, said online games are under the jurisdiction of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (Pagcor).

“Online betting and raffles are classified as illegal gambling,” Tacbad said on Thursday during a virtual press briefing.
