LIGAO CITY –– A portable quarantine tent was put up at the Bicol Medical Center (BMC) in Naga City as an additional facility, especially for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) patients.

The facility, sponsored by private companies, can accommodate 16 patients.

Dr. Francisco Sales III, acting chief of BMC, said the turnover of the facility was very timely to accommodate more COVID-19 patients.

As of Tuesday afternoon, Naga has 22 recorded COVID-19 cases.
