Promotions trigger revamp in NCRPO
MANILA, Philippines — Promotions of police officials have set off a reorganization in the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO).
In a statement on Saturday, NCRPO said Col. Arthur Velasco Bisnar was appointed as acting chief of Philippine National Police (PNP) Retirement and Benefits while Col. Maria Leonora Chua Camarao was named PNP Recruitment and Selection Service (PRSS).

This, NCRPO said, led to movements in key NCRPO positions:
- Police Col. Randy Glenn Guiriba Silvio – officer-in-charge of NCRPO Regional Mobile Force Battalion
- Police Col. Rodel Alcantara Pastor – acting chief of NCRPO Regional Personnel and Records Management Division
- Police Col. Hector Udani Grijaldo – Secretary of the NCRPO Chief Regional Staff
- Col. Rogelio Simon – acting chief of Regional Operations Division
- Col. Bernard Yang – officer-in-charge, Makati City Police Station
NCRPO said this reshuffle will take effect on Monday, May 18.
