GUINOBATAN, Albay — A 27-year-old man from Legazpi City became Bicol’s 47th patient for coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the Department of Health (DOH) reported Tuesday.

The patient, who is the son of the driver who also tested positive for the disease three days ago, has rheumatic heart disease (RHD) as a comorbidity, said Dr. Antonio Ludovice of Albay’s Provincial Health Office.
