7 more COVID-19 patients in Nueva Ecija recover
CABANATUAN CITY –– The number of patients recovering from the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nueva Ecija has been reduced to 17 as seven of them have conquered the virus as of May 4, according to the province’s inter-agency task force (IATF).
The Nueva Ecija IATF said the total recoveries in the provinces has increased to 26, while fatalities remained at three.
Of the recovered patients, this city has seven; Gapan City, six; San Isidro town, three; two each at San Antonio town and the Fort Magsaysay Military Camp; and one each from the towns of Quezon, Gen. Mamerto Natividad, Jaen, Cuyapo, Licab, and Laur, the NEIATF reported.
Of those recuperating, 10 came from this city, two from Santa Rosa town, and one each from Gapan City and the towns of Aliaga, Zaragoza, Rizal, and San Leonardo.
Meanwhile, the Palayan City Health Office clarified that Patients 45 and 46, who have fully recovered, were from the Fort Magsaysay Military Camp, and not residents of Palayan.
“Palayan City remains a COVID-19-free city,” health officials declared on its official social media page.
