Notorious drug suspect falls in Lucena sting
LUCENA CITY – Police arrested a notorious female drug suspect in a buy-bust operation here early Monday.
Anti-illegal drugs operatives collared Lyka Armiendo, 34, after she sold shabu to an undercover police officer in Barangay Ibabang Iyam at around 6:50 a.m., Lieutenant Colonel Romulo Albacea, Lucena police chief said.
Recovered from Armiendo were 11 sachets of shabu with an estimated street value of P11,500.
The suspect will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
