Fire hits ‘Happyland,’ Tondo, reaches Task Force Alpha

MANILA, Philippines — Fire swept through “Happyland,” a slum area in Tondo, Manila on Saturday, and quickly reached “Task Force Alpha,” the emergency fire dispatch TXTFire reported.

According to TXTFire, the fire was a positive alarm at 7:28 a.m.

Moments later, the fire reached “Task Force Alpha”—a situation where  17 fire trucks must respond to the fire—at 7:58 a.m.
