Did You Know: Professional, scientific, technical activities sector has 7,048 establishments

The final results of the 2016 Annual Survey of the Philippine Business and Industry showed there were 7,048 establishments in the professional, scientific and technical activities sector.

This sector includes specialized activities that require a high degree of training and make specialized knowledge and skills available to users.

The top three industries in terms of employment are architectural and other engineering activities (18.1 percent); management and consultancy activities (17.5 percent); and accounting, bookkeeping and auditing, and tax consultancy (9.9 percent).
