MANILA, Philippines — Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles has shown himself to be a serious person during his press briefings and announcements, but that doesn’t mean he won’t dance to the tune of “Fight Song.”

Nograles has taken to TikTok to make a video showing his support to frontliners who are battling COVID-19.

He also shared the video on Twitter and thanked the frontliners serving the country.
