Black Nazarene now at Plaza Miranda

MANILA, Philippines—The image of the Black Nazarene is now at the vicinity of Plaza Miranda and is on its way inside the Quiapo Church, radio and television reports said early Tuesday.

The Black Nazarene procession, which began at around 8 a.m. Monday, was delayed for several hours when the carriage bearing the image was stalled because its wheels broke.
