LOOK: Duterte’s pilot report to Congress
MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte has submitted to Congress his pilot report on the implementation of a law which authorized him to adopt “temporary emergency measures” in dealing with the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) in the country.
According to Senate President Vicente Sotto III, the President submitted his full report past midnight on Tuesday.
