In the same report, NCRPO chief Brig. Gen. Debold Sinas expressed dismay over people who still manage to do illegal acts despite the ongoing fight against the spread of the coronavirus disease in the Philippines.

“It is indeed disappointing that despite the danger caused by COVID-19, there are still some people who are taking advantage of the situation to do their illegal activities,” Sinas said.
