Curfew violator held for ‘shabu’ in Naga City
LEGAZPI CITY –– Police arrested a curfew violator, who was later found in possession of illegal drugs in Naga City early Tuesday.
Colonel Felix Servita Jr., director of the Naga City police, said in a report that village watchmen and officials flagged down a motorcycle used by Jhun Dave Castillo, 25, and Andy Tuason Jr., 20, in front of the Barangay Triangulo outpost around 2:30 a.m.
When they were inside the outpost for booking and blotter purposes, the suspects acted uneasily and suddenly fled, prompting other barangay watchmen and policemen on patrol to chase them.
Castillo was then arrested, while Tuason was able to escape.
Seized were a sling bag with eight sachets of suspected “shabu” (crystal meth) and P21,100 cash.
