/ 08:31 PM March 12, 2020

Cebu Pacific announced that its flights would continue as scheduled but had received rebooking and cancellation requests from passengers as a result of the COVID-19 health crisis.

The airline, in an advisory, said it was waiving rebooking fees though fare changes depending on destinations would still apply.

Passengers may rebook flights through the Manage Booking portal of the Cebu Pacific website.

Passengers may also assign the payments they made for their cancelled or rebooked flights to a Travel Fund which could be used as payment for future travel. It would be valid for 180 days and can be used for bookings as far as 12 months out. Passengers may tap on the Manage Booking portal of the Cebu Pacific website for this option.

Cebu Pacific’s advisory also said passengers who had booked flights from March 10 to April 30, 2020 and regardless of travel date and destination may also avail themselves of the CEB Flexi option which allows them to rebook flights up to two times. Fare difference, however, would apply depending on destinations.

“Cebu Pacific practices precautionary measures against COVID-19,” the airline said in its advisory.
