Cockpit fight: Vendor dies of stab wounds as brothers who attacked him arrested

ORMOC CITY — A vegetable vendor died while being treated of stab wounds inflicted on him by two brothers in a cockpit on Saturday (Feb. 22) yet in the town of Guiuan, Eastern Samar province.

Anthony Tabulao, 31, was in the cockpit when the suspects—brothers Dennis and Ric-ric Cabillo—arrived and stabbed him.

Tabulao was rushed to the Felipe Abrigo Memorial Hospital where he died.

Police have arrested the brothers after a pursuit operation. They are now detained at the police jail facility.
