Davao college grad tops November 2019 Nurse Licensure Exams

MANILA, Philippines — A graduate of Davao Doctors College Inc. has topped the November 2019 Nursing Licensure Exams.

Shaina Kei Cruz led more than 7,000 successful examinees with a passing rate of 89.60 based on the results from Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), which was released Friday.

PRC said 7,627 out of 13,816 examinees passed the licensure exams administered in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga from Nov. 16 to 17.

Forty-one examinees entered the top ten list:

University of Santo Tomas, Saint Louis University and De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute were recognized as top performing schools, PRC said. All schools gained a passing rate of 100 percent.

The registration for issuance of Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration are set on Dec. 19, Dec. 20, Dec. 26, Dec. 27, Jan. 3, 2020 and Jan. 6 to Jan. 10, 2020.
