DID YOU KNOW? Nov. 19 is National Child Health Day

Nov. 19 became National Child Health Day by virtue of Proclamation No. 100 signed on Oct. 21, 1948, by then President Elpidio Quirino. National Child Health Day was established in 1938 and observed every third Friday of October before it was moved to a fixed date in 1948. —Marielle Medina, Inquirer Research
