Weaker monsoon expected to affect Northern, Central Luzon
MANILA, Philippines — The southwest monsoon is expected to weaken but will continue to affect the Northern and Central Luzon regions, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Sunday.
The southwest monsoon will bring cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms in the provinces of Pangasinan, Bataan, and Zambales.
No other weather disturbance is being monitored around the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR).
Fair weather is expected across the country on Monday, with isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening.
In Metro Manila, good weather is expected to continue in the next three days, but isolated thunderstorms are still possible in the afternoon and evening.
