Prison escapee recaptured in Albay town after 4 years
LEGAZPI CITY –– A man who escaped from prison about four years ago was arrested by the police in Daraga town, Albay on Monday evening.
A report from the Daraga police, said Mark Anthony Yacat, 27, of Virac, Catanduanes, was arrested at a checkpoint in Barangay Tabon-Tabon around 6:30 p.m.
In 2015, Yacat, with two other prisoners, broke out of the Tabaco City Police. The two were rearrested earlier.
