Naga City suspends classes as ‘Jenny’ intensifies

NAGA CITY –– Classes in all levels in Naga City were suspended on Tuesday afternoon as Tropical Depression “Jenny” intensified into a tropical storm.

In a memorandum, the Naga City government said the suspension of all public and private schools was effective at 12:30 p.m.

Work in the city government would be suspended at 3 p.m.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration said “Jenny” would bring intermittent to frequent moderate to heavy rains in the Bicol region./lzb
