MANILA, Philippines — An establishment in Pasay City which had five Chinese employees was locked down on Thursday due to operating without business permits, police said.

In an initial report from Pasay City police chief Col. Bernard Yang, police officers were tasked to shut down an establishment located along Taft Avenue following a closure order issued by Pasay City government’s Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO).

Members of Pasay police’s Tactical Motorcycle Riders Units and Special Weapons and Tactics Team assisted BPLO personnel led by Noel Lucio to serve the closure order.
