In a rainfall advisory released 5 p.m., the state weather bureau said that residents of Metro Manila, Tarlac, Cavite, Rizal, and Quezon could expect light to moderate rains due to the southwest monsoon.

Pagasa also said light to moderate rains are affecting the provinces of Zambales, Bataan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Bulacan, Laguna, and Batangas.

The state weather bureau advised the public and the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management offices to continuously monitor the weather.
