MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), along with the governments of Pasay and Parañaque, conducted clearing operations along Baclaran on Tuesday morning.

This was a day after the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) ordered local chief executives to remove obstructions from their cities’ roads within 60 days.
