MANILA, Philippines — Manila Mayor Isko Moreno met with members of the Army Reserve Command and the Naval Reserve Command to discuss plans on disaster preparedness on Wednesday.
Moreno said he asked the help of the Army and Navy to help in case natural calamities hit the country’s capital. /ee
