MANILA, Philippines — Peter Joemel Advincula, who identified himself as the “Bikoy” in the “Ang Totoong Narcolist” videos, is now a free man after posting bail Friday for all estafa cases filed against him, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said.

“Yes, at this time, naka-post na siya ng bail sa lahat ng kaso niya,” PNP spokesperson Colonel Bernard Banac told INQUIRER.net in a text message.

Banac said Advincula is still confined at the PNP General Hospital but he can already choose to leave Camp Crame, where he was detained, once he is discharged from the hospital.
