DOJ summons ‘Bikoy’ over botched beauty pageant case
MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Justice (DOJ) has summoned Peter Joemel Advincula, the hooded man in the “Ang Totoong Narco List” videos known as “Bikoy,” to answer the estafa case filed against him by an Albay-based businessman.
Advincula is required to appear before the DOJ on May 28 and answer the complaint filed by Arven Valmores of Ardur World Marketing over a botched beauty pageant he organized last year.

Another hearing is set for June 4.
The subpoena signed by Assistant State Prosecutor Herbert Calvin Abugan was sent last week to his last known address in Sorsogon.
Advincula surfaced last May 6 to claim that he was the Bikoy in the videos that accused several members of the presidential family of links to the illegal drug trade in the country.
