Albayalde said some police personnel, who allegedly served as security detail to candidates, have already been relieved and are now being investigated.
“In fact, in the conduct of elections, those who were found giving security to candidates were relieved already and undergoing investigation,” he said.
Albayalde added that they also received reports that some police officers have meddled in partisan politics.
“Until now, we still get allegations nung participation ng mga police natin kaya natalo yung ganito nang dahil dun sa chief of police,” the PNP chief said.
