MANILA, Philippines — Quezon City Rep. Vincent “Bingbong” Crisologo, who is running for city mayor, and his son, lawyer Frederick William, nicknamed Edrix, were arrested on Sunday for alleged involvement in vote-buying in Barangay Bahay Toro in Quezon City.
