LOOK: 31,000 jobs up for grabs in Pampanga job caravan on Labor Day

SAN FERNADO CITY, Pampanga — Around 31,000 work opportunities await job seekers during the Trabaho, Negosyo, Kabuhayan (TNK) Job Caravan at the Kingsborough International Convention Center in San Fernando, Pampanga on Labor Day.

Participants lined up as early as 7 a.m. to apply for jobs in both the private and public sectors.

Overseas opportunities are also up for grabs at the job fair with employers looking for domestic workers, professional nurses, and factory workers among others.

Officials from different labor agencies in the country, including Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Director General Isidro Lapeña, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Ramon Lopez, and Senator Joel Villanueva, graced the job caravan.

Personnel from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) are also on sight to issue NBI clearances to job seekers.
