DAVAO CITY — The Davao Metro Shuttle (DMS) has announced on Saturday that it would offer free rides to those who would take the licensure exam for teachers (LET) in Davao City on March 24.

“Davao Metro Shuttle is allowed to transmit all LET examinees to Davao City. Just present your Notice of Admission or any proof to the bus conductor/tress,” the bus firm said in a statement over the weekend.

The company, owned by former Tagum City Rey Uy, decided to offer free rides to LET takers because of the road closure of the Davao-Tagum National Highway for the  2019 Alveo IRONMAN 70.3 Davao event scheduled on the same day.
