Bulacan drug busts: 5 dead

CAMP GEN ALEJO SANTOS, BULACAN – Five drug suspects were killed in separate clashes with policemen during anti-drug operations in the last three days.

Rommel Ferrer and an alleged accomplice identified only as “Boboy” were shot dead following a 5:30 p.m. police sting operation on Monday (Jan. 7) in the City of San Jose del Monte.

Recovered from them were six sachets containing suspected “shabu (crystal meth)” and two revolvers with no serial numbers.

Romeo Ibanez was killed earlier at a 1:05 a.m. drug bust in San Jose del Monte.
