Rizal areas to be without power from Oct. 30 to 31 — Meralco

Several areas in Morong and Tanay in Rizal will have power interruption from Oct. 30 to 31 due to some work on power lines, the Manila Electric Company (Meralco) announced on Monday.

In a Twitter post, Meralco said that Sitio Butig and a portion of R. Bautista and San Miguel streets from Bombongan Basketball Court to Bombongan Barangay Hall, all in Morong, would be without power from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Oct. 30, Tuesday.

Meanwhile, in Tanay, electricity would be temporarily cut from a portion of J.P. Rizal Avenue and Marcos Highway from Yakal Street to Ipil-Ipil Street, including Liro Homes Subdivision, Sitio Mayagay and Sitio Pulang Lupa; streets of Balayaong, Banaba and Yakal; and Unification Church, Gems Hotel and University of Rizal System — Tanay Campus College of Agriculture in Barangays Cuyambay and Sampaloc.
