Cagayan Gov. Manuel Mamba announced on Saturday the suspension of classes in all levels in his province on Monday, Oct. 29, due to the expected onslaught of Typhoon “Rosita,” internationally known as “Yutu.”

The Cagayan Provincial Information Office made the announcement in a Facebook post.
