Cloudy skies, scattered rain over Palawan, parts of Mindanao – Pagasa

Palawan and most parts of Mindanao will have cloudy skies and scattered rains and thunderstorms on Friday, the state weather bureau said.

Meanwhile, the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will continue to affect the Davao region, Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao,  Soccsksargen, Zamboanga Peninsula and Palawan, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Service Administration (Pagasa) said.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have fair weather and chances of localized thunderstorms.

Extreme Northern Luzon will have moderate to rough coastal waters, while the rest of the country will be slight to moderate.  /muf
