3,562 passengers now stranded at ports due to ‘Ompong’
The number of passengers stranded at various ports due to Typhoon “Ompong” has reached a total of 3,562 on Thursday.
The passengers were stranded at ports in the National Capital Region (NCR), the Bicol region, Eastern and Southern Visayas, and in Southern Tagalog.
The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) issued a tally of stranded passengers in the following port areas as of 4 p.m.
