On Sept. 3, 1898, La Independencia, the periodical organ of the Revolution, was founded by Gen. Antonio Luna, with Leon Ma. Guerrero, Cecilio Apostol, Jose Palma, Mariano del Rosario, Rosa Sevilla, Rafael Palma, Fernando Ma.
