Body of flooding victim found in Manila
Police recovered the body of a dead man in Tondo, Manila on Monday.
Members of the Baseco Police Community Precinct found the body of 26-year-old RJ Basuecos at Block 5 of Seawall at the Baseco Compound, according to the Manila Police District.
Basuecos, a resident of Bilisario Compound, San Antonio Valley in Parañaque City was an alleged victim of flooding brought by the enhanced southwest monsoon or habagat.
His body was turned over to the Archangel Funeral. /atm
