Guard dies in Isabela road accident

MALLIG, ISABELA — A security guard died in a Sunday night accident after his motorcycle collided with a truck at the national highway in Barangay (village) Victoria here, police said.

Lemar Barad of Pudtol town in Apayao province was bound for Roxas town in Isabela province when he crashed into the truck driven by Nestor Tungcul at 7:30 p.m.

Tungcul of Enrile town in Cagayan province surrendered to the police and would be charged with homicide due to reckless imprudence. /je
