Former drug surrenderer nabbed in Oriental Mindoro

CITY OF CALAPAN – Police and drug agents arrested a tricycle driver, who was a former drug surrenderer, after shabu (crystal meth) was found in his house in Socorro town in Oriental Mindoro province Saturday morning.

Supt. Imelda Tolentino, information officer of Mimaropa (Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and Palawan) police, said Mark Gil Pajaron, 32, was arrested by police in his residence in Sitio (sub-village) Bangkal, Barangay (village) Zone 4 at 5:20 a.m.

Tolentino said Pajaron was served a search warrant. Pajaron was a drug surrenderer and categorized as a drug pusher.

Confiscated from him were seven sachets containing suspected shabu of still unknown weight and one small rolled aluminum foil. MADONNA T. VIROLA
