House ratifies bicam report on Bangsamoro Organic Law
The House of Representatives ratified the bicameral conference committee report on the Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL) before the afternoon session on Tuesday was suspended.
No objections were heard from the members of the House who were present in the session.
Before the session, newly-elected Speaker Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo vowed during an ambush interview that BOL would be ratified within the day.

The ratification of the BOL was supposedly held on Monday, before the State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Rodrigo Duterte, but internal leadership issues within the House delayed the process. /vvp
