President Rodrigo Duterte’s Consultative Committee (Con-com) holds a press briefing on provisions on political party funds and campaign contributions under a federal form of government.

The provisions were drafted to regulate contributions and provide public funding to political parties.

The Con-com was created by Duterte to review the 1987 Constitution and draw proposed provisions for a new Charter under a federal form of government.   /muf
