The southwest monsoon will continue to affect parts of Luzon and Visayas, the state weather bureau said on Tuesday.
Thus, expect monsoon rain over Metro Manila, Cavite, Batangas, Bataan, Zambales, Pangasinan, Benguet, and Ilocos provinces, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophycal and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
Pagasa then warned that moderate to occasional heavy rain may bring possible flooding or landslides.
The rest of Luzon and Western Visayas, Pagasa said, will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rain and isolated thunderstorms.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers are likely for the rest of Visayas and Mindanao, Pagasa added. /kga
