Luzon will be mostly cloudy

MANILA, Philippines— Parts of the country will experience rains as the northeast monsoon continue to prevail over Luzon.

In its 5 p.m. weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that Northern and Central Luzon will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rains.

Skies will become cloudy with widespread rains over the eastern Section which may trigger flashfloods and landslides, Pagasa warned.

The Bicol region and the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao will likewise have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, the rest of the country will also have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshower or thunderstorms.
