An open library where anyone can read or exchange books was set up at the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) in Pasay City on Wednesday.
CCP vice president and artistic director Chris Millado shared some photos of the library on Facebook and urged people to donate books.
“If you have books to donate, please visit the library and fill the shelves with books to be shared with everyone,” he said.
The Book Stop PH Project, a traveling library that can be set up anywhere, was behind the project.
The CCP grounds is a perfect host for the open library as hundreds of people spend time at the open spaces of country’s premier culture and arts venue. /ee
