Mindanao and Palawan may experience rain on Wednesday as the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) affects the weather in those areas, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
The state weather bureau said overcast skies with scattered rain and thunderstorms could be expected in these areas because of the ITCZ.
The rest of the country, meanwhile, is affected by easterlies, according to Pagasa.
But cloudy skies with scattered rain are still likely in Visayas and Bicol region while Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain, Pagasa said. /kga
