Witnesses to hold convention series

“Be Courageous!” This is the overall theme of the 2018 series of three-day regional conventions of Jehovah’s Witnesses worldwide from May to September this year which close to 15 million Witnesses from 240 countries were expected to attend.

In the Philippines, 154 of these conventions would be held in different cities and towns with expected attendance of about 500,000.

Danilo Calso, media services overseer of the Witnesses, said the theme “Be Courageous” was timely.

The convention will end with the screening of the feature film “The Story of Jonah: A Lesson in Courage and Mercy.”
