The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will bring rain throughout Visayas and Mindanao, the state weather bureau said on Tuesday.
Cloudy skies with scattered rain and thunderstorms may be expected in the two regions, according to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
Pagasa also warned of possible flooding or landslides due to light to moderate with at times heavy rain in those areas.
Meanwhile, the state weather agency said Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain this Tuesday. /kga
