A 21-year-old man released from jail last year was killed by antinarcotics policemen in Pasay City on Tuesday.

In a report submitted to Chief Supt. Tomas Apolinario Jr., Southern Police District director, members of the Pasay police’s Station Drug Enforcement Team (SDET) raided Aries Lumanlan’s house at 35 Saint Cecille St. in Barangay 179, Maricaban, around 2:30 a.m.

This was after they received a tip that there was an ongoing drug session inside the house.

The police report said several people inside the house escaped but Lumanlan drew a .38-caliber revolver and attempted to shoot it out with the team.
